Hotstar has launched a promo for one of its new shows, Dear Ishq. The show stars Sehban Azim and Niyati Fatnani in the lead roles. In the promo of the show, Sehban Azim plays the role of best-selling author Abhimanyu Razdan and Niyati Fatnani plays Asmita Roy, a Bengali girl.

Dear Ishq is another series that will soon be available and will be following the same approach. Sehban Azim, who was last seen in the 2022 television show Spy Bahu on Colors (available digitally on Voot), and Niyati Fatnani, who was last seen in the 2022 television show Channa Mereya on Star Bharat (available digitally on Disney+ Hotstar) are the leads of Dear Ishq. 

The show is basically based on the book “Write me a love story” by Ravinder Singh. The show will be released every week from Monday to Saturday from 26 January 2023 on the OTT platform of Disney+ Hotstar.

Dear Ishq Storyline

the story of Abhimanyu and Asmita will be set against the backdrop of a publishing house. While he is a famous love story writer, his stories are not to her taste. It sets the precedent that before ishq comes knocking on  Abhimanyu and Asmita’s hearts, they will be at war. And their journey of falling in love will make Abhimanyu and Asmita’s story worth publishing. Another plus, as per us, is the OG song.
